Developed in Canada · Launching in Germany

50/50 fundraising. Reimagined for German sports.

50/50 lotteries are a familiar part of game-day fundraising across Canada. Tombaro brings that same simple fundraising idea to German sports, with a platform designed from the ground up around Germany's strict gambling and lottery laws.

More possibility in every game day.

Bringing fans, nonprofit sports organizations and local partners together through in-venue fundraising.

Built for game day

A browser-based web application with no dedicated sales terminals and no software to install. Volunteers can use the smartphones, tablets or laptops they already have.

More than 50/50

The familiar 50/50 experience is the inspiration. Tombaro is designed to support cash prizes, merchandise prizes or a combination of both, depending on the event and applicable regulations.

Sponsors belong in the experience

Tombaro is designed to integrate sponsors naturally into game-day fundraising, opening up new opportunities for sports organizations and their local partners.

Designed for a highly regulated market

A familiar experience. Rebuilt for German sports.

Our approach

Made for volunteers. Built around Germany.

Germany's strict gambling and lottery laws call for a different approach. Tombaro and its workflows are being developed around that regulatory environment from the ground up, specifically for German nonprofit sports organizations.

Ticket sales take place at the venue. Volunteers use their own devices, while Tombaro supports the digital workflow behind the event. From ticket generation and printing to sales tracking, live event information, the draw, winner verification and reconciliation.

The local organization operates the lottery. Tombaro provides the technology to help make game-day fundraising easier to manage and more engaging for fans.

Our first market

Starting in Germany. Built in Canada.

Tombaro is being developed in British Columbia, Canada, with Germany as its first market. Our initial pilot program is focused on German nonprofit sports organizations and their home games.

We're starting with a specific challenge and a broader ambition: making game-day fundraising easier to run, more engaging for fans and more valuable to local organizations and their partners.
